Heading on north up through Teton, we broke through into the national park that started it all, Yellowstone.
From a mighty thunderstorm over the Grand Canyon to the strange and rare rain in Arches National Park, we were starting to see the weather at its formidable and breathtaking best.
My feet had a job to do: ease their way back into disgustingness. They wanted to do it slowly, and the Grand Canyon was just the place.
In the end it was my feet that did it.
